  1. If you're staff, login with your institution email. If student, consider your personal email.

  2. Click Open a New Ticket.

  3. Select the right category (ICT, Library, E-Learning, Admin, etc.).

  4. Describe your issue clearly and attach files/screenshots if needed.

  5. Click Submit.
